Gautier Steel is a hot rolled carbon and alloy bar manufacturer located in Johnstown, PA. Gautier processes MBQ (Merchant Bar Quality), SBQ (Special Bar Quality) and ACQ (Aircraft Quality Bar) billets into precision hot rolled flats, squares and asymmetrical special shapes on three versatile bar mills.
Gautier’s 14” Bar Mill produces hot rolled flats 1” to 4” thick in widths of 2” to 8”. Squares are rolled in sizes from 2-1/4” to 4”. Our two Belgian 9” and 12” hand mills are tooled to roll a wide variety of precision engineered hot rolled steel shapes and unique near square flats.

Gautier Specialty Metals utilizes a state of the art finishing facility within the Gautier Steel complex and provides precision grinding on strip and plate products up to 1” thick x 60”wide x 150” long and annealing/flattening capabilities up to 60” wide x 288” long. We also offer precision Waterjet Cutting on any product up to 8” thick x 72” wide x 144” long.
